Drink water. Exercise. Sleep well.
You already know how to live properly.

Let yourself SUFFER in boredom.
You have borrowed too much joy
and all debts must be paid in full
It sucks at first. It might even hurt.
Your brain will scream for stimulation.
Life will feel like it's in slow-motion.
Rational thought may doubt the point in living.
Though, slowly you will begin to heal.
Consistency is key. Make records. Take notes.
Chart your progress to understand the changes.
You will become human once again.
Piece by piece, true pleasure returns.
